Worst credit union I have ever had to deal with granted I made mistakes and missed some payments they are very unhelpful and when it comes to contacting and communicating by far the worst.

Does not even deserve a star. This is by far the worst lender I have ever had to deal with. They will go out and intentionally, purposely or deliberately purchase CPI on your collateral that you have with them and apply that to your loan. After you fail to oblige to their demands they will purchase the insurance for you and tack that onto your loan and charge you for the amount and increase your monthly loan payment as well as overall loan. I have not ever dealt with a lender that does this type of fraudulent scam to their borrowers just to increase profits. When a lender intentionally, purposely or deliberately goes out to purchase insurance to benefit themselves is a lender you want to stay away from because you do not know what else they are doing that is shady. Reporting inaccuracies to the credit bureaus is another area they enjoy to destroy somebody's credit as well, over the last 24 months I have missed 18 payments according to their calculations. They are in the business to destroy the credit of people and hijack the financial means using whatever methods possible. They practice a technique called lenders retaliation against borrowers. Whatever they tack onto your loan they refuse to deduct off there. Lets say they add on $4900 onto your preexisting loan balance you are still responsible for that amount and their refusal of deducting that to the prior balance is evident. No matter what you do, the amount they tack onto your loan you are still responsible even though they intentionally, purposely or deliberately went out and purchased it for you without your consent to obtain more money in the end. Do not worry about a repo as it will NOT occur as it is documented in the paperwork you receive at least it did mine. You would think as a lender and so many "missed" payments a repo would occur at least that's the standard practice in the industry and with this lender there is no such practice, if there were such I would not have said collateral. They just care about money being returned back to them by increasing payments in any way possible.
