Chris M was rude and had an attitude for no reason whats so ever. She made me stand there and wait while she looked at something, purposefully making me wait there and be later for my appointment. I asked if I should goto the other receptionist and she snapped at me and said no then finally started helping me. She was snappy with attitude while she talked to me. It was disgusting. Theres no reason for that type of attitude and childish games, right away in the morning too.

The reception, Chris, was very polite. Staff were also polite and efficient. Had to wait about 20 min in waiting room before appointment started

tried to schedule follow up appointment and the receptionist(s) were very rude and had an attitude. i tried calling them for weeks and i left voicemails and emails and i received nothing. i had to go in the building and schedule it in person! i received a voicemail saying my appointment was moved 30 minutes early and i got to my appointment and they said it was not supposed to be moved! i waited over an hour! its terrible and ridiculous
