I was rear ended by a person with American Family Insurance. They treated me like I was a criminal. In the end, they won the $120, but thanks to Yelp, I can tell me story. I gave them two estimates to repair my car and the adjustor refused to use them and claimed I could get my car fixed for $200 less --- only 60 miles from where I live. The adjuster was rude. If you have to deal with American Family Insurance, don't forget you have the state's insurance commissioner service on your side...you will need it.
