My first time having my car serviced here and they did an amazing job I dropped off in the morning and they had it fixed by early afternoon. Great experience!

They took care of everything they could that same day. Since I live an hour away I greatly appreciate their thorough inspection and care! Courtesy drivers are always pleasant and willing to drive me where ever I need so I can get my shopping done too! Always professional! My car actually feels "healthier" after a visit to Kocourek!

Terrific service and communications with customer. Update June 29th 2023: My family, since 2017 has purchased 2 Audi Q7s, one Subaru Outback, all three 2018 models, a 2021 Hyundai Palisade and a VW Atlas, 2023 from Kocourek. I would say we are pretty good customers. A few weeks ago, when I needed both service on my Palisade and have a broken windshield repaired, I called to make an appointment. I had a windshield replaced about 18 months prior, that I booked through Kocourek. In that case they sent me to Abra a business that was part of their organization that did collision and glass repair. My insurance company Geico covered all but my $500 deductible. Thus when I made my appointment I asked if they wanted me to take my car to Abra first. I try to confirm everything because it is a two hour drive from where I live to Wausau. That means a day off from work also. I was told no, just bring your car straight to our service center as we now have an inhouse glass shop. What they failed to tell me, and I believe at this point that it was intentional, was that Geico would not pay them directly and probably not what they were charging and I had to submit to Geico for reimbursement after paying Kocourek. They also did not tell me that they would charge me $3,500 for that windshield replacement and that Geico was only going to reimburse me approx. $1,200. I do not dispute their right to charge whatever they want. But I am greatly offended by being taken advantage of by pressing me to bring the car to them because they have an inhouse glass shop. I hope that the extra money was worth destroying your credibility and trust that had been established over the last 5-6 years. I had not choice, so I paid them. Yes, I took my vehicle to them but I trusted them. They had been fair to us. I would have looked closer if they had informed me that they did not have an arrangement with Geico or that they would be almost THREE TIMES more expensive than accepted pricing for the repair. I plan on sharing my experience with their General Manager, but they asked for this review prior to my writing to them. It has only been a couple of days since my surprise. I did make my displeasure known when my car was turned back to me. I should add that their inhouse glass shop, experts they said, broke the trim across the top of the windshield and that I would have to wait until they got one in. Then I could make an appointment, and take another day off, to drive down and have it replaced. A dealership that was proud to place the family name on its headline and that I was very happy to support is just now, to me, another garage taking their customers for all that they can. Let's see what Mr. Keith Kocourek has to say. Past history would make me think that he would not be comfortable with this. Steve Botes
