        It is, uh, definitely a McDonalds. Asked for a water in the drive-thru and the person who answered me was clueless. Then a manager took over and said well do it this time, but next time you need to come into the lobby despite it being closed all the time. Also, stupid rule. I worked at McDonalds, too. If they order a water by itself, you can just not ring it up if it wont let you finalize the order. Thats literally what I did and it had zero negative effect. Old fries despite being the only car there (at night, closed lobby), no napkins in the bag, shorted on sauces that we paid for (charges 20 cents for 1oz of sauce, LOL). One manager seems to think her attitude isnt apparent. Overall, seems like a location filled with incompetent staff. In my opinion, go to the other Wausau locations.
