        This Ginseng outlet is mainly for wholesale and export (mostly to China!). They do have a retail side, but it is not very efficient. They're certified kosher.

        The fresh ginseng package is terrible. There are multiple holes under the bag. There is no sealed wrap inside bag. Some packages have the holds under package bag, but there is individual seal wrap. If they do not want to put individual sealed bag, they should take air out during packing.
