        Owner came into our place of business, I gave him an hour long tour which is what is needed for a quote 5/17/18. 2 Weeks later (6/1/18)I got an email from him "Christian Winterhoff" stating he apologized for the delay for the cleaning proposal and he would have it done by the weekend. Never heard from him again. This is very unprofessional and I would never recommend this company. When I attempted to contact Christian via telephone to see where the proposal was at I was told there was no one by the name of Christian whom worked for ServiceMaster as I sit looking at his business card.
