If youre looking for the people that left cash at a cashless resort, that was us. 45 min wait till one of us got our food, and we never got a check.

Terrible service. Out of all light beer??? Out of multiple food items. They charged an upcharge on a side salad without any mention of an upcharge on the menu. Do better.

This restaurant discriminate and please do not come!!! I had to stand in line for 20 minutes while the server chose to serve others who arrived after me or didn't even need assistance. It was upsetting to see the server ask every other person in the restaurant if they needed help, but not approach me. This type of behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful. All customers should be treated equally, regardless of their background or appearance. Discrimination in any form should not be tolerated, and businesses need to take the necessary measures to prevent it from happening. This server is a women and work as a bar tender.

Low key racist waitresses at the historic chalet. People who were seated after us got food and drinks first. And even they complained about how slow it was. Waitress would not look at me(asian) and only at my partner(white). 40 minutes to get drinks and another 40 to get food. Skip the historic chalet. Slowest service. Burgers are trash for 20 dollars. Grilled cheese has no flavor. I'd stay away from the full service bar. Just go to the cafe. This place ffingsucks. I gladly tipped $00.00 dollars for the worst service ever. And I tip decent service a minimum of 25 percent.. I had to stare at a waitress and she got someone else to serve us. Everyone else around us got service but us. We waited a good 40 min before being asked if we wanted anything to drink. Blonde tallish waitress. Get a new job if you hate customer service. Vegetarian options: Flavorless or non existent
