Chantal is the sweetest property manager I have ever worked with! Im moving from CA to Wausau in June and she went above and beyond to help me see the property and show the beauty in the units and views! She did/is doing everything in her power to stay connected with me through the process and explains everything in detail. She answers all my questions and even takes the time to find out more information and get it to me asap! Im so excited to live here and start a new life with my little family!

The site manager is very condescending to older tenants. She very rudely dismissed my parents when they told her this was their first time renting an apartment. When she was questioned why there was no air conditioner in the master bedroom, even though there's an opening for one, she said that if my parents wanted one they had to buy one and "they" would install it. This brat either needs a lesson in customer service, or else she needs a different job. There are some weeks when she isn't in the office even one day. The owner needs to consider replacing this person very soon.
