Chain Portables & Septic, L.L.C.

We have used Chain Portables for many events over the last 12 years and consistently been satisfied with the service. He has gone above and beyond to provide us with porta-potty and hand washing stations when we needed them. We had an event further away than normal and he recommended we use a different company because of the distance. As we priced it Chain Portables was still more cost-effective and he provided us with great service. We highly recommend!

Had a portable delivered for a party we were having at our house. The portable was in great shape, delivered on time with no issue. They came back a few days after the party to pick up and had no issues. Great customer service and more than I could expect.

I was looking for some information and possible solutions for problems with an underground septic system. I emailed him with some questions. I was told by the owner not to contact him. That was so very unprofessional. It's hard to believe someone with that attitude remains in business.

If I could put less than 1 I would. He brought it out a day late. When I called him on the day he actually brought it he said he would be there by noon. Had to call back 2 more times that afternoon finally got it about 6 pm. He got out of the truck and started arguing with us and the truck driver immediately. Asked for payment before he would unload. Over the phone he said he would send a bill. It sat in our yard for a month before he picked it up.

Just worst "business" I've dealt with. Got a Porta John over the 4th of July at my home for about 5 days. First off the guy called no less than 3 times asking for payment although we payed him on the first call. They pocket dialed me twice. Not even sure how that's possible these days.. They didn't deliver on the promised date - it was delivered two days later on the afternoon of the day we actually needed it. We still have it. A week and a day later after it was to be picked up. And it smells, bad. To top it off, we've called several times for them to come and get it and the guy says "I didn't even want to rent it to you." He said he stated that when we first called, then why did you take our money? He never said that untill we called to have it picked up and abruptly hung up the phone. He takes the money, forgets, and is mad he made a deal? Like, happily take the money and call 3 more times to collect? Who does that. I met with them when they dropped it off and I can tell something was off with these two. Anyway, pass on these guys if you're just getting one or two, apparently they don't want the business and frankly don't deserve it. There are a few other options out there that may cost a bit more, but as they say you get what you pay for.
