FIVE STAR SERVICE! I needed some repairs done to a metal slant-bar feeder wagon for my beef cattle. When I called Marvin Metals, the gentleman who answered validated my concerns and said I could bring it in the next morning. That was a pleasant surprise.
The next morning I was greeted by a friendly employee who helped me park my wagon, asked for repair details, and led me to the office.
The receptionist was also very nice, wrote down my info, and asked if I wanted a supervisor to see the work. That seemed like a good idea. He was very helpful, and I left feeling that this was a very well-run professional business.
The next day when I returned to pick up my already repaired wagon, I was again cheerfully greeted by the receptionist, my bill was prepared, and I was pleasantly surprised that it was much less than I expected.
When I returned home and inspected my feeder wagon more closely, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work done and the great value of my lower than expected bill.
I then felt I wanted to express my appreciation to Marvin Metals by taking the time to give them a 5-star review for the excellent quality of their work, the friendliness of their employees, and the fairness of my bill. This level of service is rare these days. Thank you very much!
