      image The whole experience was a mess. The van was dirty and covered in dog hair, there were dirt clumps all over the floor, the van was not full of gas when picked up, the before and after hours website was not working, so I had to wait until they opened to pick up the van. The guy working there was also trying to attend to a gas station and convenience store and had 3 Uhaul customers that all had the same website problems. I returned the van 12 hours early, but could not use the after hours Uhaul website as it was not working. The rate was $100 higher than what was quoted on line and I even used fewer miles than what I intended. All in all a terrible experience. I will find a better option next time I need to rent a vehicle for sure.
