I would absolutely recommend Katie and her travel services. Right from the start she wanted what was best for my husband and I. Choosing a resort can be extremely overwhelming with all of the different options and locations. She sent us a few options within our price range and wants/desires. This made it so much easier to pick! She kept us updated with any flight changes throughout the process and checked on us after we arrived at the resort. She answered questions in a speedy manner and genuinely wanted what was best for us the entire trip! I cant wait to utilize her FREE services for our next vacation!

I have nothing to compare the resort to so these are just first time opinions. I found most of the staff not friendly or personable. Could have just been the language barrier. The food at the buffet was not very good. It was always cold and not a lot of American choices. The food choices were not labeled well so you didn't know what you were getting or labeled wrong. Huge issue if u had a food allergy. Wish there were places we could have just grabbed a sandwich from for lunch Instead of always having to go to the buffet. Having so many different resorts within was confusing cause we didn't know we weren't allowed in one of the pool areas till like our last day and were told we really couldn't be in there. Overall the resort was beautiful and clean. Would I stay again probably not just cause i want to try someplace different.
