Very happy and pleased with their care and consideration here! From the very start they made everything as easy as possible. When I came for my wisdom teeth extraction they eased my nerves. Talked me through everything and gave me the needed time to ask questions. They made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. The most impressive thing about my whole experience was Dr. Kawas texted me that evening when I got home to check on me and told me he was there if I needed anything. That kind of care is few and far between and I greatly appreciated it!! 1000% recommend this clinic.

I have experience with two First Choice Dental branches and I really had a great experience at this one over the other. Dr. Sami Kawas took out a wisdom tooth for me in an emergency. He was very kind, the procedure was absolutely painless. He sent me home with great instructions and I healed very well. If you need an oral surgeon in the Madison area, Dr. Kawas is definitely the person to go with. If I ever need another wisdom tooth out, Dr. Kawas is who I would pick.

Dr. Kawas and the two nurses, Tori and Lucy were so caring and kind. They asked what kind of music I wanted to listen to during the procedure and talked to the responsible adult who drove me for the procedure about the medication I have to take post-surgery. I recommend this office wholeheartedly.

My wife had a molar extraction and everything went very well. I would recommend Dr. Kawas and staff. The only complaint, which was NOT severe, was that the paper review of the aftercare was for multiple types of extractions and would be more helpful if it was designed for the type of extraction that actually occurred.
