Village on Main

For several months now we have complained about our noisy neighbors in 311 all night after hours the banging on the hour every hour to mess with my family on purpose. We got into verbal arguments before because of the is issue. Loud banging and furniture dragging 24/7. Nobody is doing anything about it.

Village on Main is a stain on the beautiful community of Waunakee. The building is filthy, and there is litter in the parking lot, playground, stairwells, and hallways. The automatic mechanisms for 2 of the 3 entrances are broken due to children running in and out of the building unsupervised, which makes it inaccessible for people with disabilities to enter and exit the property. Speaking of the disobedient children, they play in the parking lot, against lease agreements, and have thrown footballs at several vehicles with no remorse. There is an extreme lack of accountability between tenants and staff, and this building has truly gone downhill very quickly. Cohen-Esrey does not care about their employees or tenants. I urge you to look at the Google reviews left under Cohen-Esrey management company (rated a whopping 2 stars). If you have heinous children, enjoy littering, and dont care about your property or anyone elses, then Village on Main is perfect for you! Youre better off paying $300-500 more a month for something in the area that has actual amenities and underground parking.
