We have enjoyed the Laurel at Kilkenny very much. Anaelys, the property manager, has gone above and beyond to be helpful whenever we've had a question or needed assistance. The building and grounds are clean and well taken care of, and the apartment community as a whole has been welcoming and respectful. As a matter of fact, we had our daughter's graduation lunch here, and our guests kept commenting how beautiful and clean this whole property was. I would recommend The Laurel at Kilkenny to others looking for a new, peaceful community to call home.

My first month of living at The Laurel at Kilkenny was great. The apartments are beautiful; however, the noise levels are terrible. The noise level of my upstairs neighbor has been quite disrupting and frustrating. It's gotten to the point where I am awoken in the middle of the night to stopping and jumping from above as well as during the day, which has significantly impacted my ability to work from home. I've tried speaking to the upstairs neighbor directly on multiple occasions, which was unsuccessful. I then proceeded to email management multiple times, but my emails never received a response. The lease agreement includes a noise clause that all tenants are required to sign, so one would expect better follow-up and reinforcement of the lease.
