Horrible experience here on Saturday March 9th. HUGE line at self checkout with an older woman working them. She was not friendly to any of the customers and insisted on scanning the items for customers AT SELF CHECKOUT. While doing this, she left a customer for over 5 minutes that needed help on the other machine. Once she was done there, she pushed her way in next to the people in front of us to make sure they were scanning their items. While she was doing this, I made my way to an open checkout and completed my transaction, when I turned around, receipt in hand, she attempted to rip the receipt out of my hand. I didn't let go and pulled it back from her. She rudely asked to see the receipt to which I replied NO, and proceeded to walk out of the store. If you're going to have self checkouts, let them be SELF checkouts.
