You won't get any better than Shawn at Midwest WiFi. He's super knowledgeable, dependable, reliable and has an amazing calmness about him -- especially when you're experiencing issues that nobody else can solve. He has helped our small business with a variety of issues -- all with great success. He did our email migration (which was really scary) and it was absolutely flawless and without any issues. He also has helped with our wi-fi and network and got us up and running again. If I could -- I would give him a few more stars. Highly recommend!

Shawn and his team have provided extraordinary value with his expertise. I know I could always rely on him to get the job done, especially when others just gave up. Some examples: When Azure AD Sync began throwing sync errors (happens once in a very great while) and Microsoft Support threw their hands up (mind-boggling) Shawn saved the day working long hours to solve this triple-lindy problem. When our major HQ firewall project went sideways on the Friday cut-over, our primary consultants on this project left me hanging Shawn came through. We re-racked the old firewalls to get the network up, built a new DHCP server and an additional DC, and than adjusted the firewall rules on the new firewalls and core switchesworking through Sunday. We had the new firewalls and network operational Sunday night with all critical systems tested. 910 rules, 62 vlans, multiple ISPs. I could go on and on (troubleshooting our secondary backup system and Veeam, re-racking our main server cabinet to accommodate new UPS and battery packs, camera system deployments, our DRP data center turn-up, etc.).
