She is absolutely Amazing!! My step father passed and had to sell house. I dont know anything about selling and getting stuff lined up in a row to sell. The very 1st time we met face to face she had so much stuff about the area and market! She must have put hours of work in before we even signed papers. I could not believe how knowledgeable she was, it blew.my mind!! After we spent some time talking we signed with her and let me tell you im EXTREMELY happy I did!! She did so much work to make it so easy for me! She did EVERYTHING and never slowed down once from the 1st call till closing. I am so greatfyl for everything I cant thank her enough!! Marisa was so easy to work with and truly went above and beyond for my fianc and I throughout our home buying process! As first time buyers, we were stressed and inexperienced, but Marisa took the time to answer all of our questions (as silly as some of them were), get us in touch with a great inspector, and really advocate for us when it came to negotiations.
