These people are horrible with insurance. Second time they are trying to screw me. First time roughly $800 this time almost $700. Shame on me. They get pre authorizations then come back and bill me these additional charges. Each time has been almost a year fighting with them. You have lost a customer. Beware people, they are gouging for money due to their incompetence. Mercy in Delavan did my latest foot and no issues.

As a new mom Im pretty disappointed with this place. We are supposed to trust the doctors we see and to do whats best for my child. First off.. Receptionist is cold, not informative and just seems likes she hates her job. She never initiates you or acknowledges you as you walk in. Im always approaching her first trying to check in or schedule follow ups. As for the actual care. Who we saw didnt seem to even wanna be thorough with my 5 month old. I felt rushed every time we had a follow up. She never discussed his numbers with me, where hes at and etc. All my concerns were normal to her. She was constantly brushing over them and kept saying its fine or he will grow into it. I tried explaining that my child is constantly trying to pull his helmet off because hes miserable. She began to say no offense but his brain capacity isnt big enough to know whats bugging him. Im sorry but Im the mother, Im the one who takes care of him everyday 24/7! I know my kid. My childs therapist recommended us switching offices and Im so glad we did because that doctor said none of what we were dealing with is normal and she rescanned his head and basically told us his first helmet wasnt fitted properly and had to order us a new one. His first helmet through this clinic never laid correctly on his head, was pushing down on his soft spot and the side part was so close to his eye there was bruising. As a new mom doctors need to be patient, listen to our concerns and be educational on something this important for my childs growth. I do not recommend this office and I think the doctor we saw needs to be fired or go back to school. Im so upset my child had to suffer with a helmet that never was fitted properly and affected his daily activities including his sleeping at night. We trusted her and did exactly what she told us and it was a huge waste of time and took a huge toll on my child.

Receptionist is rude , lies over the phone , in seeking appointment for diabetic shoes , denied EVEN SETTING APPOINTMENT , saying THREE TIMES paperwork that was faxed over , the third time saw "transmission received " AT OUR DOCTOR'S OFFICE !! Simply taking Our business elsewhere . There are MANY qualified places , please do Yourself a favor and go elsewhere . Called another place , VERY happy to schedule appointment , and unlike Hanger , said simply bring in paperwork with Us , very accommodating , pleasant , 1,2,3, done . Hanger Clinic , Your Waukesha location has a big problem , She is the Receptionist . Clean it up ! Alerted all 33,000 of My Twitter followers , and 446 Facebook friends to take business elsewhere .
