Tanty Family Dental

Don't waste your time. I'm sure they are a great dentist if you could actually get in to see them. I've been on a call list for 5 months. I understand the meaning of first come first serve. However, you don't have a fighting chance to answer quick enough for their call back list! At least give a person a 5 min grace to answer! I had one call back almost a week into my wait and didn't answer soon enough (within a hour) but somehow magically I fell off the list for a few months. Until I got a text out of the blue without knowing who knowing the number considering spam texts are a thing now. I was well within 5 mins of seeing the text and responded yes. There was no response. Nothing that confirmed or told me it was taken. I called the day they asked. The woman who answered my call had one hell-of-a attitude. She immediately said I never responded to that text but then changed her tune when I questioned further. I don't "Karen" unless I get a consistent attitude during a conversation. I understand their system and am sure it's quick for them but I wish they could understand how frustrating it is for the patient. I was going in to get my cracked tooth and unfinished root canal done. I wish I went to someone else sooner.

I have been going to this dentist for many years and have so much respect for Dr. Tanty He completely stands behind his work and is a wonderful dentist. His staff is also top-notch.

I would not recommend going here. I was told I had 6 cavities, one of which was big and was told to not wait to get filled as it would turn into a bigger issue. Later I went to a different dentist to get a second opinion and was told I had NONE! My name does not match their records as it was my previous last name.
