        The doctor I saw today was amazing. First time I felt like the doctor I'm seeing is actually treating me correctly. She explained everything so well and I feel like I am in safe hands.

        Long delay in communication with intake in trying to get established with a therapist. Initially informed that therapy was open and was set up with a therapist, then few weeks later needed to reschedule due to their own scheduling error due to the therapist not being available on that day, then few weeks later informed that same therapist was only accepting patients with one particular diagnosis which I don't have, then informed that none of their therapists were taking any new patients at all. Not helpful at all and wasted my time going through the intake process and all that unnecessary wait time when I should have been given the straightforward answer initially. Was hopeful then kept waiting, kept waiting, kept waiting. Feel like I was misled and that ProHealth Behavioral Health does not take mental health issues seriously at all, just my opinion based on my own experience.
