Spoke with Peggy on the phone , no help . I need an allergy shot and a nurse to help me with it and they refused .

Awful service. The doctor I was assigned to showed excrutiatingly low interest in my health through the first few meetings, and on the most recent, he was over 30 minutes late to a 50 minute meeting and gave no recourse of any sort. 5 days ago I called for a refill on medication I've been taking for years; despite claiming it can take up to 3 days, they still haven't been able to make time to approve my script. Don't come here looking for caring and competent health services, you won't get it.

What a joke. I have been going to various doctors at ProHealth for four years. They don't like to listen to the patient and just love to push pills on people. I've been having a problem for years and everytime I go in they take blood but always come back with nothing. I finally went to an Aurora urgent care and in one weekend they found that I have a few serious problems that we can now begin to work on. ProHealth always just said take an anxiety medication and it will fix everything. I went to urgent care and they treated me like a person, listened to me and found some problems that ProHealth would not even check for because, you know, anxiety medication fixes everything. Just not what I have. If you want badly trained doctors who don't listen and would let you needlessly suffer; this is the place for you.
