Very disappointed in them was told they would snow plow for me. When I called back to give my cc info. Was told they couldn't snow plow because I did not have their lawn service. I was considering trying their lawn service in the spring. But won't now.

We were on a vacation and scheduled and paid the deposit for snow removal for both our driveway and our elderly parents driveway. Luckily our neighbors were keeping an eye on the house, and contacted us letting us know we wouldnt be able to get in when we got home as no snow removal had occurred. When we called, Colleen said it was in the system wrong. Our email registration, which she had instructed us to do when we had first called inquiring about their services, stated clearly and correctly that we needed 24-hour snow removal after the snowfall from Friday, 1/12 - so the only way it would have been entered into the system wrong is if someone on their end entered it wrong. We understand humans make mistakes, so we asked what PTS could do to remedy their mistake as we were coming home at 10:30pm that night and we still had 18+ of snow on our driveways and would not be able to get into the houses (again, with elderly parents and 3 young children in tow in -10F temperatures and -30F windchills). She would not offer any resolution, stated she could not move us up her list, didnt recommend any other companies that could help. We ended up contacting another company who was able to help us the very same day so our families could be safe. PTSs error impacted the safety of not one, but two families, and they offered no resolve. Cant speak to the services of PTS considering the work was never completed, but the lack of accountability and effort to make right what they screwed up was unlike anything we have dealt with before. Better yet, they still have not refunded us our deposit on the services that they never completed, and its been over 2 weeks.

Amazing! PTS is a top notch company! Colleen was wonderful! She answered the phone immediately and was very helpful in answering my questions and setting up service. They were at my home to do a fall clean-up within days of calling. My yard looks fantastic!! I would highly recommend PTS to anyone looking for yard services!
