I feel like a company should be rated based off the quality of their work, and I feel like two stars is generous! I live in a Condo full of elderly people, and they completely left their driveways full of at least 6 inches of heavy, wet snow. I saw some of my neighbors, struggling to do their driveways, even though thats a service we pay for! I will change my review if anything, gets better or change it, if anything gets worse! Im disappointed with the quality of work because the last two years have been great work and hopefully we can see improve!

MJS does a poor job maintaining the property I live in, are extremely disorganized and they use cancer causing Roundup pesticides. Extremely unsafe and unethical business practices seeing this product is being pulled by the manufacturer this year. They prioritize profit over the health and well-being of their customers.

This company has been the plowing, shoveling, and salt provider for my condo for at least the last two years. Last year they did a great job plowing but often only came once during storms, leaving us snowed in at times.
This year, they come with their trucks, drive extremely quickly through the property (speed limit is 10 on property) and then they wait HOURS, sometimes even til the next day, to come plow our driveways and take care of our sidewalks and patios. For instance, Tuesday 1/9 they plowed, but did not take care of our sidewalks, patios, or driveways until our property management team called them the next day, which they then returned around 4pm.
Yesterday 1/14 they plowed our driving paths around 11am but did not take care of our driveways until about 5pm, and did not take care of our sidewalks or patios at all. Today, they have done the same thing. It is near 6:30pm and I have been essentially trapped in my house all day because the snow on my patio is too high to be able to open my door. The patio and driveway areas are now pure ice underneath as well. Ive been waiting to be able to leave for hours, hoping they would have cleared us out all the way when they were here around 11 this morning. Having to wait close to 8 hours to get fully plowed out is ridiculous when its a service were paying a ton of money for, we likely get charged each time they return to the property instead of the two half services they provide hours and hours between each other. Makes no sense. They actually came and did every driveway except the backside of my building and across the street. Our sidewalks and patios are still untouched and no salt has been laid down. Extremely poor service this year.
