Bob, I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with our pricing. We strive to keep our prices at reasonable level for the quality, customer service, and environmentally-friendly services that we offer. Our costs are slightly higher due to better locations with drive-thrus and a trained staff that does cleaning and pressing on-site (at most locations) with a solvent and stain-removal chemicals that have no VOCs so it's gentler on the clothes, more environmentally friendly and safer for our staff and the customer. In addition, our guarantee of "in by 10, ready at 4" require us to have efficient systems and knowledgeable staff. As well, we know we are not the highest price cleaner in the market. We are generally within $1 per garment when compared to our competitors and we do not charge hidden fees such as environmental fees as our competitors do. So, again, we may not be the least expensive cleaner in the market but we feel we provide excellent value for the price we charge.I hope you will reconsider and decide we are worth the slightly higher price.
