Great experience here. I am new to the area and was looking for a dentist for some regular work. Transparent, honest, helpful, and all of the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Went out of their way to make sure my insurance would cover what I needed. 100% recommend.

When I told Dr. Salnick on my first visit that I had not been to a dentist in six years because of the horribly painful injections I had gotten, he calmly said, Im really good at delivering pain free shots! And then he proved in the subsequent visits. Ive been coming back for four decades. You cant pick a better dentist. The entire staff is outstanding as well.

After 40 years of coming to this practice and only 2 visits with the new personnel I found the experience more like a Dentistry factory without the personal touch I've been accustomed to. The other negative features I experienced were 3 fold , a rescheduled appointment which is understandable but never happening before that I can recall , a shock when without notification the office manager wanted me to pay in full instead of my co-pay for the appointment that day then have me submit to my insurance company for reimbursement because they had decided not to deal with insurance companies anymore , and finally a consult happening in the hygienists chair for 30 minutes in duration and 20 minutes into my scheduled appointment time typically done in the Doctor's office.

So incredibly pleased. I genuinely dont think I could have asked for a better way this could have gone. I was stuck in a sticky situation where no orthodontist was able to take my dental insurance. I was so crunched on time because I was in so much pain. Luckily I came across Dr. Ross, and I had to drive and hour to get to him, but genuinely the most friendly staff including Dr. Ross himself. I got one wisdom tooth pulled. The process couldnt have been anymore quick or painless. It was affordable and I was able to leave feeling satisfied knowing I wouldnt be in pain. Its been almost a week now and I still feel great. Dr. Ross even answered his phone when I had questions while he wasnt at work and I felt thankful for that because I was still nervous with this being my first time getting any kind of oral surgery done. I would 100% recommend coming here.
