        Terrible experience here and it looks like Im not the only one. Im only leaving a bad review because theyve sent me around 6 emails asking for feedback. So here it is had to put up a fight to get an average deal. Poor communication within the dealership between the managers, accountants, and salespeople. I felt like everyone was lost/didnt know what they were doing and it was a free for all. Again, terrible experience.

        Boucher Genesis is the only WI Genesis dealer going THOUSANDS over MSRP for Wisconsin customers. Basically the higher median income folks from IL (for example) are coming up and taking Wisconsin's allocation of Genesis vehicles. Boucher is apparently here to make a short term buck and not take care of the local customer base.

        The owners or whoever does pricing is GOUGING you with a market adjustment on their Genesis vehicles! I called to purchase one and it was 10K over MSRP! Go to Genesis of Green Bay! We are working with Zach and the owners there are selling at MSRP! STAY AWAY from BOUCHER!!

        My fianc and I have recently purchased a 2021 Genesis GV80 from Genesis of Waukesha. We are very grateful and excited to say that he was super helpful and informative when explaining the financing and leasing options. We of course went with financing and have not looked back since! The Genesis team provided us with all the information and perks of being a Genesis owner. Dominick the sales guy who helped us had explained to us that he had recently started at the dealership and was eager to get us in the car that same day; which he very well did ! We drove home that very day and we cannot be any happier with our choice of Dealership and Salesperson. This vehicle is amazing and has all the bells and whistles and is an aardwolf family vehicle. We chose the Sport Advanced Plus and we couldnt be more pleased with its overall performance of both sportiness and luxury. 10/10 highly recommend you check Genesis of Waukesha out and stop wasting time with any and all other car companies. Thanks again Genesis of Waukesha
