Wilde Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We had a great experience at Wilde Jeep purchasing our Certified Pre-Owned Grand Cherokee this past Saturday. The inventory is expansive so we were glad to have landed on the right vehicle right away. The dealership was very clean, drinks/snacks (more for the benefit of my kids) but the coffee machine was a blessing in the afternoon. Very quiet inside even though it was busy that day with customer traffic. Big shot out to Clay Duckworth, our salesman, who helped us through the process and Belmir in Finance. Clay even went above and beyond to have the aftermarket window rain guards removed when it was being portered for delivery. Our line of sight is so much better now without them. Also taking care of a couple windshield chips to be filled. They truly care about the customer experience and it shows! I love this vehicle. Note to parents: We have two children and Clay's patience while they were there was amazing. He even walked one of the impatient ones to a kid's play area inside the dealership which helped a TON. The process was quick, transparent and everyone worked with us to make it very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Clay, Belmir and the staff at Wilde Jeep for your next purchase!

Great experience buying a car. Elijah was VERY knowledgeable and respectful of myself and my time. Had some bodywork done, and it turned out perfect. Had a sensor issue which was handled promptly by Bruce. No issues, straight forward with great communications. I'd highly recommend

Very rude, bunch of liars, and typical used sales person behavior. Lied about extended warranty, said bumper to bumper included then at financing it all of a sudden wasn't included. My fault for not getting it in writing the first night. I put a $500 hold on the car to come back on the weekend to get it and when I said I might be late to appointment by an hour, they tried to take my money and put the car back on the lot. Considering I spent maybe an hour of their time, it was a pretty easy sale for them and they still tried to screw me on it.

I was in the market finding my specific Jeep. I called 5 local dealers to no avail . Elijah called me the next day and found 3 options in my color. Through the many years of of dealing with other companies, this has been the best experience! Thank you Elijah! I love my Jeep!
