Wonderful first experience! Laura DeLaCruz was extremely patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns. She was also very nice to talk to, very friendly and charming! The brief interaction with the branch manager Shawn Crowley was also a positive one, overall I am very satisfied with this bank !

Very very satisfied with all of my experiences here! Laura DeLaCruz is incredible and very helpful!! Always meeting my needs, shes such a sweetheart too! Highly recommend!! I feel very comfortable asking any questions I have, especially knowing they will be answered! Again, I highly recommend!! I also have to add that Shawn Crowley, the bank manager, was extremely helpful as well! Overall a great bank!!

I have been a long time customer of Associated Bank. The agents/tellers are very goodAssociated Bank guidelines are suspect. I deposited a tad over 10K from a couple of reputable insurance companies (official mastheads and everything). I was told that only 3 hundred would be available today, 5K tomorrow, and 5K in a week! What? A week would be December 21st. Yes, I could rearrange some bank funds so that I could use the money immediately, but why should I? I have never overdrawn my account. I am a conscientious customer, and I play well with others. The policy/guidelines of AB are just meant to protect the company, AND inconvenience the customer. Besides the recent inconvenience, I have also experienced many ( yes, many) online banking issues. It does cause one to rethink banking when there are better customer service banks where I have other funds deposited.
