I had to move my safe deposit box because my branch was closing and they were moving to a location with no boxes... This branch had a box and let me transfer in to their system. The people I worked with on this transaction couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I was really lucky to find them. So, I have nothing but praise for this branch and their entire staff.

I have been banking with Chase for years now, and have credit cards and business accounts with them. I went in to conduct a transaction, and asked to use their restroom since I had a 40 minute commute. The teller directed me to Chipotle, but they were closed. I came back and asked if I could use their bathroom and he directed me to the lobby services, assuring me they would allow me to use it in the 8th floor. The guard did not allow me to use restrooms there and directed me across the street. Needless to say, the teller could have valued customer relations and offered to escort me to the bathroom and waited for me to escort me back. The quality of customer service is very disappointing. He did not let me use the bathroom, not knowing If I was pregnant, not knowing if I had a disability, even after the fact that I disclosed I had a long drive. Don’t recommend them, and not looking to expand my business with them due to poor customer service.
