Ive lived her over a year and am very happy so far. The manager and maintenance is on top of any repairs and problems. Much better than the previous crew. I have no complaints with the lawn or snow care. The walls are somewhat thin and lacking insulation as mentioned in other reviews, so they are somewhat warm in the summer and cold in the winter, also allows for sound to pass thru easily. Many older apartment buildings are the same. Heat and water is included with the rent, so I cant complain. I hope things dont change as I really like it here.

I have lived in the older units for three years. I read the review about ice/water and am amazed!! I have always been surprised at how quickly maintenance plows and salts. Yes, the air conditioner does not cool the whole apartment so many of us put a 2nd window unit in the bedroom. And, as far as the thermostat. It works fine! We don't even pay for heat; it's hot water heating. The one HUGE complaint I have is that the older units are NOT insulated between units so you can hear everything through the walls.I would think this needs to be addressed as it does not make for comfortable living conditions. I wish the city or management would do something about this because it causes me a lot of stress and I cannot afford to move as I am handicapped.

Solid ice in my driveway during the winter and a pond of water after every rainfall. In late April the new managers responded in a big way. After the frost/ ice melted and the ground warmed up, a landscaping crew altered the lawn and driveway. Problem solved.

This place is not the best. My mom and dad lived in the older apartments for about six years. No shrubs or anything in the gravel weed patch in front of their apartment. For six years theyve gotten told they were going to be landscaping - never happened. Rips in the screens, windows that dont stay open, always going to get fixed but never do. A single air conditioner in the kitchen that cooled the kitchen but not the rest of the apartment. A thermostat that never worked, or the actual temperatures were controlled by management and the thermostat is window dressing? An electric bill of $90-110 every month. They built a bunch of new apartments and maybe those are better, but certainly not impressed with this place.
