A New Leaf RV Tech

I am a traveler and have had lots of trouble this winter in Wisconsin. I knew my RV had issues that were supposedly resolved......well they were not. I am SOOO HAPPY I found a New Leaf RV. He is very responsive and helpful even over the phone. He has helped with water heater, electrical, water and plumbing issues! He listens to our opinions and he has great input an offers different options when needing fixed. Thanks Kenny! I appreciate you! I wish the weather would have cooperated for us to have the couple extra things fixed before we left. You are great! Thanks for all you have done!! Phone calls, texts and in person visits! While doing my preventative maintenance on my slide seals, I noticed the main slide box was not centered in the opening. I called Kenny at "A New Leaf RV Tech. LLC". He was able to stop out the same day. In under an hour, Kenny had diagnosed the issue and resolve the problem. The slide box is now centered again and my slide is working perfectly. While he was here, he also checked the bed slide to make sure it was centered and operating correctly. I appreciated the quick response to my call and the professional manner in which Kenny performed the repair. I will call A New Leaf RV RV again if any other problems ever arise. Kenny was great. Prompt arrival even after I changed the time a bit. Very professional and genuine, and the RV is cleaner than when he arrived for the winterization job. Will use Kenny again!
