Waterford Junction Lube N' Go and Car Wash

Never been here before today, stopped in with my own oil and they were more than willing to change it for me. Extremely fairly priced, super friendly, and was in and out within 10 minutes (quite literally).

I have been comming here for years, usually in and out within a half hour, and he gives you a free car wash!

Honestly, Ive been going to this place for years, And this is the first bad experience Ive had. I took my brand new vehicle for its first oil change. I noticed my car was making a little more noise at idle than it was prior to the oil change I received at Lube N go. I decided to check the oil level myself when I noticed it was about 1/2 to 1 qt over full. I also noticed once I had to crawl under to get to the drain plug to let some oil out that one of the screws was missing on the cover. Its just very frustrating and very easily avoidable situations.

First time visit today. Excellent attention to customer service and detail. Joe obviously takes tremendous pride in his business and it shows. He is a solid Patriot and driven worker. He has made a permanent customer with me.
