As a REALTOR in the area, I highly recommend Whiteglove for home inspections. I hired Jim from Whiteglove to do my own home inspection before I started my career in real estate. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. Even though I had already owned a home and had knowledge of many of the homes inner workings, Jim took the time to walk us through our house and explain things and point out all of the things he found, both good and bad. I was very impressed with his efforts and knew how valuable that was to someone no matter if they were buying their first house or forever home. When I started my real estate career, Whiteglove was the first contact I added to my referral list. I have worked with Jim on a dozen or deals involving homes my clients were buying. Each one has been completely satisfied with his work and how much detail goes into each report, and more importantly has helped protect my clients against some of the unseen issues a home might have. If you are looking for a reliable home inspector, I wouldn't look any further than Whiteglove.

We just spent over $300 on repairs that were not included in the inspection report. Our front water bib leaked inside the basement. Our report only said Bib probably isnt turned on. This was never tested and now we have a leak and minor flood.

Amazing experience. It was timely, efficient and professional. I called for an inspection and not even 2 days later, I had a completed inspection and the 90 page report. Our home was pre inspected, and some notable concerns were still found that were not previously mentioned. We're extremely grateful to have had Jim as our inspector. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Jim did a home inspection for us that was like none other I've ever had experience. He was very professional and thorough. He explained and showed us the good, bad and ugly. His final report is extremely detailed. So detailed that he provides a 2nd condensed version as well. I don't think you will find a better inspector in the state of Wisconsin!
