        Diamond in the rough. A lot of improvements have been made. Stairs are the starting to be replaced this year. $350 HOA fee gets you a pier on the river, a swimming pool, water/sewer and internet AND cable. Peaceful with lots of wildlife. No where can you be on water at these prices.

        Looked at a condo yesterday. Very disappointed all around. They collect $300/month in condo fees. Part goes to water and sewer and internet. The outside steps metal parts are rusting and need painting some of the wood steps are rotting and need to be removed. The condo itself was very very small and needed a lot of work. Said it was 1046 sq ft more like 900 at most. Just because it's by water doesn't warrant a $150k. Price tag.
