        Great customer service! Shout out to Joseph, who was very helpful, friendly, and polite! He was patient in troubleshooting a device set-up and didn't take any shortcuts to ensure things were working properly. Definitely made my life easier, as setting up devices is not my favorite thing to figure out without help. Thank you!
