I cannot thank Dave enough. He was able to stop out at my house on extremely short notice and diagnose my septic/ plumbing issues. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to bring in the right crew for the job and get everything working properly. He was also able to identify future problems that I could run into and informed me on how to prevent them. I will definetly be going back to him for future needs.

We called Dave late afternoon to inspect/replace septic tank pump after having our alarm go off, non-emergency as we already got pumped out. Dave arrived the very next morning and replaced our pump. He was prepared with everything needed, even a long ladder. He was very nice and answered all questions. Wont hesitate to call him in the future if the need arises. Thanks Dave for taking care of us in a very timely manner.

Highly recommend. Great customer service. Dave was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on. I contacted him due to the alarm going off on our septic system. He came to check out what was going on and replaced our 14 year old septic pump. We will definitely be contacting Petersen Septic Systems LLC for any future work needed. Our pump went out for our mound system. Petersen was the 2nd company I called, but wish they would have been the first. The first company wasted my time, didn't listen to the issue and came a day later to only say they couldn't do it. Petersen did their homework first and then came to service our system. They came quickly and were very friendly. Only thing is make sure you open your pocket book. They are not the cheap guys on the block.

Dave is absolutely wonderful. Not only was he the only one to return our calls about having a riser installed, but made time to get it done for us in between jobs.
