Been working here for over three years. I have never had an issue with anyone in this company! The owners treat me and my family like we are apart of theirs! If you can handle getting paid to see the country this is the best place to do it! Getting paid to see absolutely beautiful places like the picture I posted! I dont know anyone who has ever had an issue with working here. The only people who have anything bad to say are the people who couldnt keep up with the job. Otherwise this is the best job Ive ever had and the best people I have ever worked with!

The owner of Strategic Rail LLC are wonderful! They not only care about there employees but the employees family as well! My husband started working for them at the beginning of 2023. This was his first job back in the civilian world after his service in the military, the owners have always made sure he would be home in time for his VA appointments. They also made sure he was home as much as possible the first few months of his employment being that I was very pregnant. But they didnt stop there in may of this year after giving birth they sent me a congratulations card on the new baby! I am so blessed that my husband works here because I know if anything happens they will have him home to me as soon as possible!

I get nothing but great vibes working for this company. The give respect and get respect is great. When pulling up to new jobs feeling proud and confident that we work here. I think we have assembled a amazing team here at strategic. Haters gonna hate. Always will be some. People will come and go. But in my opinion this place out performs not only in work life balance but also family life balance. Definitely recommend this place.
