        Tom, Grace, and the rest of the crew there are great to work with and they have gone above and beyond to help us with our sectional sofa purchase. And hey, they have some great deals on firearms as well!

        We have a power loveseat recliner. It has a lifetime warranty. After 7 years the foam seat and backing was sinking and breaking down, we called Tomahawk furniture where we bought it they sad we would have to pay for shipping, labor, and pick up and delivery. ,after a week we payed 184.00 it was sagging to the left and now they say they will do nothing about it. We payed them $184.00 They will not refund our money either. A dissatisfied customer

      As both the manufacturer of this item and we the retailer have explained multiple times, since this loveseat is no longer under warranty and the issue this customer is experiencing is unrelated to previous warranty work and a normal affect of a loveseat this age (2015 purchase date), they would need to purchase additional parts and pay for labor. Since they are unwilling to accept this option and have been repeatedly verbally abusive to staff, we have chosen to no longer engage with customer. We are not aware of any other furniture retailer who would repair an item for free after the warranty has expired.
