I'm so mixed with this place. I'm not local but had a semi tire replaced when in the area. I know it's new owners and going through changes but can't give it 5 stars. The service guy was awesome and deserves 5 stars. He was friendly and made you feel better about a bad situation and a bad day. The counter guy seamed short and like I was bothering him to spend money. I get that it's not a schedule repair but having the service guy do a car first when no one was waiting seamed off. The $25 fuel surcharge to change a tire in their parking lot was probably the kicker for me. I'm sure some of it is growing pains and new people in new rolls. Way better experience then I had a few years ago in wausau from a different well known service truck getting a tire replaced. Service: Tires
