Tri Quality Tax

I have had our taxes done here for 15 years, first with Jim and now with Jake. Both are quite accommodating to schedules and circumstances. Through COVID they offered a secure place to upload documents and then complete final touches with a phone call; I even continued this convenient service for a few years after COVID. Both always go the extra mile to fill in the blanks for things I had no idea to include on my forms. Highly recommend.

I have Jake do my taxes every year. He always gets it right even when I dont, helps me wade through fixing things when I forgot forms or forgot about an expense that should have been included. He makes the whole process seem easy and I go back every year. Thanks Jake from State Farm....I mean, just Jake.

Spoke with Jim on the phone. Didn't seem very knowledgable beyond a standard form. When I thanked him and said I was getting pricing from a few places so I would come back to him he said he guessed my friend who recommended him didn't mean much to me and he didn't want my business. Maybe he can handle a standard form but then again, so can turbo tax and they won't hang up on you.
