        Just rude customer service. Condescending, demeaning, interrupted constantly. I asked about lawn care and was told "You need a lawn company, we don't do that." Well, maybe check your website then. And learn a lesson about small businesses and how you treat prospective customers.

        We had an excellent experience with Secret Garden. Unique and interesting patio / landscape design ideas. Mike was a cut above several other landscape designers and companies which were also consulted on this project. We needed excavation and install of new patio as well as support for surrounding beds. Mike and his team were transparent, timely, professional and efficient. Our project started and ended on time. The crew who worked at our house for the week was courteous, professional and really talented. I can recommend them confidently. It was a very positive experience.

The design creativity and selection/quality of the materials exceeded our expectations. There were no surprises, and the work was completed on time and on budget.         We had secret garden complete two separate projects for us, which included our front and backyard landscape design. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Mike offered beautiful landscape design services and you can tell he really thinks about how all the plants will bloom together and at different times. The color scheme and height of the varying plants were perfect. We receive so many complements on our landscaping.       Hi Brendan. I’m sorry that you had a negative experience when you called our office. Our website does state that we offer Lawn services, but more accurately we provide Lawn services as a part of a comprehensive maintenance program. I’m sorry that wasn’t explained more clearly. Let us know if you need planting bed maintenance services in addition to lawn services.Again, I apologize for your negative experience.
