Professional Services installed a complicated mini-split/ductless AC system for us on our 2,400 sqft house. Excellent experience from start to finish. Tons of great information and options, explanations, questions, and help during the design phase. They contacted us early spring as soon as the ground had thawed enough to trench a line for the electrical. The installation process was smooth and easy! Max and his team were friendly and highly professional. I felt very comfortable having them in our house for 3 days. They came to me frequently with specific questions and listened to our input. They explained the functions of the system thoroughly and left our house very clean. The only small negative is that the trench they dug left quite a lot of clay outside of the trench when they filled it back in, and when it rained the trench sunk in along almost its entire run. It could have been compacted more.

We had Blake come into to check the issue with our heater, he was polite, and respectful, great dude overall to put it. He got straight to the point and helped solve our issue that we were having. He even made sure to wear shoe covers before stepping into house hold. I would definitely recommend Professional services. Reliable, quick, and great people to work with!
