        From their website "Fast: All in-stock orders ship within 24-48 hours!" This was simply a lie. After a week I asked why they had not shipped and they told me I had to wait three weeks for this IN STOCK order to ship. I made to orders a day or so apart and they told me they would ship together and didn't. I missed a deadline because they weren't upfront about their shipping. No response to emails with complaints - they just don't care. Very sad.

        Terrible customer service, rude person on the customer service phone number & orders take 3-4 weeks to even ship. Stated why I didnt understand what was taking so long the service guy stated yes you understand and hung up .
