The spring on one of my garage doors broke. I called Mequon Overhead Doors on Sunday afternoon to leave a message. Five minutes later I received a call back telling me Kevin would call at 7:00 a.m. Monday morning. At 7:00 a.m. I received a call and Kevin was at my house by 8:30 a.m. The door was fixed that morning for a fair and reasonable price. Contrast that to the experience a friend of mine had the week before. He called one of the big-named garage door companies. They gave him a 6-hour window and then never showed up. I highly recommend Mequon Overhead Doors to anyone who needs garage door repairs or installation.

Great service. Great communications. I called about a broken spring and was promptly called back. Kevin let me know of his schedule for that day and indicated if possible they would stop out at the end of their day. They called back later that day and asked to at least stop by to measure the springs. They had the replacement parts on the truck and had my door repaired and calibrated in a matter of minutes.

Kevin and his company are committed to excellent service and customer satisfaction at reasonalbe prices. I wouldn't think of committing my garage door service needs to anyone else.
