        We lived there for over a year. The third-party company that manages this property is absolutely terrible! There are so many issues it’s beyond even this review. We moved out. I would suggest Spur 16, across the street or there are a couple other Mequon Apts that are much better with the proper management.

        These apartments and area were really nice unfortunately our needs changed and we couldn't move. Liked the location and quality of the property with all it had to offer --High end finishes in the apartments, shops n restaurants below, etc. Management co. worked well with us, just sorry our plans changed. I'd recommend.
