        I contacted Integrity Printer Services about a problem I was having with a HP Officejet Pro 8600. I had a small piece of paper caught in the automatic document feeder of the printer. Joe Weber was on a service call with another client but found the time to return my call. Over the phone he walked me through a simple solution for clearing the jam. While other services I talked to wanted to charge a small fortune to evaluate my problem, Joe Weber and Integrity Printer Services resolved it in minutes and for no charge. Their action totally reflected the professional integrity and service orientation that their company name promotes. I will most definitely use Integrity Printer Services again and would highly recommend them to anyone with a printer issue. Andrew M. Mosko (a new customer as of today)
