Weve been dealing with water pressure issues for about a year. After multiple service visits from two different well specialists, a plumber, and our soft water technician, we still werent able to get to the bottom of the issue. I have had excellent work done by Mark Schneider plumbing in the past. I would have liked to consider them my go-to plumbing company, however, my last plumbing problem proved that I can't depend on them for timely service. After calling twice over a period of three weeks and being told that they would call me back, they did not return my calls. They led me to believe that they could respond but they did not. I ended up fixing the problem myself. They must be really busy. My rating would have continued to be 5 star if they had just told me that they were too busy to respond to my requests.
