I dealt with Amanda. I was told my information was misplaced after giving it to her. I contacted their office multiple times after that and was always apologized to, but after three and a half weeks of not receiving a quote, I gave up. I can only imagine what dealing with them after opening policies is like. Totally unprofessional and or inept in my opinion and not worth my time or aggravation. I'd look elsewhere. I know I am

I've been with Henry since his Am Fam days in the '90s. He's been my agent since I turned 16 & bought my first car. He's even better now as a broker who works with many insurance companies to find you the best deal. His support staff is awesome as well. Amanda is excellent at keeping customers in the loop when Henry is out in the field. Experience & top knotch customer service makes Carrera the best place for your insurance needs.

Nothing but positive experiences so far. They set me up with n affordable policy. They have answered my many questions over the last year or two. Very polite and always prompt about returning phone calls.
